These bands are amazing and are such good quality . I love the selection of colours and how there's different types of resistance for each . I would highly recommend buying these as a pack as some days I want to take it easy however still get amazing booty 😁

I bought the medium and heavy and you get a really great workout with them. They are strong, don't slide around like a lot of bands, great quality and fab colours.
